If New York had an embarrassing past of being in a weird 90s white rap-ish group, do you think it would have been called New Yorky York back in the day but would totally get pissed if you called it that now?
I have no idea what I’m talking about.

I hadn’t been to NY since October, so it was time for my requisite visit. Preferably during one of the more miserable summer months since some I like it hot.
No sooner than I had touched down, I immediately located a vegan-friendly cafe called Atlas. I forced myself upon that restaurant like nobody’s business. In 6 days I must have eaten there at least 10 times. Who does that? In NY? I don’t know. I guess I do.
In all fairness, the menu was daunting and I would’ve needed to stop there at least 400 more times to try everything.

over the weekend i flew back to new york to see two of my dearest friends,

They got married at the Player’s Club. Her brother had no trouble at all assimilating.

It was good to be back with the old




Sunday morning I stopped by Camille’s place in Park Slope for breakfast before I left.
We went to Stone Park Cafe, where my temporary veganism limited me to granola, hold the yogurt, with fruit.



Tasted like a cookie.
Camille had some sort of sausagey omelette. Probably tasted like a sausagey omelette.

Remy and Jonathan, I love you long time.
Camille, Katherine, all the OTL members living in NY, and New York, too–I miss you already.
